COCO WASI

Our Sacred Off-Grid Healing Sanctuary in Hawaii

A Place of Deep Healing

The Home for the Center Of Conscious Oneness

The property has been a place of healing and transformation for the last thirty years. Victoria owned Coco's from 2006 to 2010, and in 2016 the land found its way back to us in a way that still feels miraculous.

This is sacred land. And we love to be here providing our services to those that feel the call to be in a truly magical and transformative space.

We are a completely off-grid six-acre property with solar power and rainwater catchment, and there are over twenty fruits on the land that flourish in abundance at various times of the year.

We love to share our space with people who can value and appreciate the sacredness, the beauty and the healing that occurs here.

In 2021 we acquired our neighbor's property, renaming it to Ohana Gardens and expanding to 6 acres of beautiful and sacred lands with an abundance of food. We love to share these beautiful lands and the value of off-grid living.

How Coco Wasi Came Back

From 2006 to 2010, Victoria owned a retreat center in Kapoho called C.O.C.O.'s, the Center of Conscious Oneness. The land had already been a community gathering place for decades, and it carried a deep legacy of healing, ceremony, and transformation.

After the housing downturn, the property was lost to the bank and became a private home. Years later, in October 2015, while we were in Peru returning from ceremony at Ausangate, Victoria felt the strong presence of John Kimmey, a beloved steward of the old land and a man deeply connected to indigenous ways.

Two days later in Pisac, an old email from John unexpectedly appeared in a community thread even though he had passed away two years earlier. That moment opened a conversation about reunion, land, and whether we were meant to return to that part of the island.

When we arrived back on the Big Island in January 2016, we looked at another property first, but it did not feel right. Before leaving the area, Victoria asked to visit Coco's. She left a note on the gate saying who she was and asking the owners to call if they were ever open to selling.

Two days later the owner called and said she would be open to selling us the property. After our March retreats we began paperwork, and six weeks later, on Earth Day, we moved in. Coco Wasi returned to our lives as sacred land for healing, creation, and possibility once again.
