When it comes to this work, we do our best to open our hearts, create and hold safe, sacred space, and allow whatever is necessary for healing to take place.
Every gathering is shaped with deep listening, cultural respect, and care for the people in the room.
We began leading workshops and sacred healing circles together in 2011 and have since shared this work in yoga studios, churches, private homes, retreat spaces, Peru, Hawaii, and communities around the world.
Our favorite part is seeing the transformations that occur as people open to their true passions, release old patterns, and remember new ways of feeling, seeing, and being.
